Spor10 is a community hub in the middle of a new district in Copenhagen- Jernbanebyen. During the redevelopment of the district, the hub will evolve to become one of Jernbanebyen’s central urban spaces. The building already houses actors who work with communities, mental and physical health, play, movement, sport, urban development, inclusion and sustainability. Spor 10 lays the foundation stones for a common meeting place and gathering point in Jernbanebyen, with room for a diversity of inhabitants and visitors. Completed.
Wolnica square
Project done together with a team at Gehl People, while personally employed by the company.
A new vision for the Wolnica square in Kraków. Comissioned by the Public Tansport Authority (ZTP), the project uses minimal measures in order to bring life and greenery back into the historical square. Currently the square is struggling with attracting locals and visitors due to lack of seating options and greenery, as well as poor maintenance around the pavement and the fountain. The project focuses on introducing non commercial and commercial seating options, playful elements for children and revitalising the fountain. In the proximity of the square, the focus lies in limiting car mobility and parking, connecting bicycle lanes and providing easy access for pedestrians.
Park City Botanika
Project done together with a team at Gehl People, while personally employed by the company. Park City Botanika is a new mixed use development in Kuala Lumpur. The project challenged the typical modern development style in Malaysia, where the land is separated by program and residential typology options are limited to apartments in tower blocks or landed property. The focus of the masterplan was to develop a variety of residential typologies, based on the local market study, and to combine them with different programs across the site, creating a mixed use, walkable neighborhood with a strong network of green corridors binding the site together- a new approach in the context of modern day Kuala Lumpur.
